Rejected Interactions Notifications
Visible Alpha Interactions Hub has rolled out a new, automated email which notifies users of interactions that have been rejected by their buy-side clients.
Once the notifications are turned on, a digest style email will go out showing how many interactions have been rejected. The rejected interactions will be broken out by buy-side client and data collection period.
Users can click into the rejected interaction to see exactly which interactions were rejected, why they were rejected and if the client left any comments.
From within the Interactions Hub, users can also export all of these rejected interactions into an Excel file containing the same details.
To turn on rejected interaction notifications:
- Navigate to ‘Notifications’ on the vertical list of icons
- Select the blue ‘+’ next to step one
- Select the ‘Rejected Interactions’ notification and set the frequency you’d like to receive these emails
- Identify which individual at your firm should be receiving these emails and enter their email address for the appropriate client(s)
