During this sprint, we improved functionality on viewing interaction allocations, streamlined the comment workflow in Resource Tracking. We also expanded the directory with additional fields to classify firm employees.
Easy view all allocations of Interaction groups
Firms that leverage granular rate card groupings and review processes may find incoming interactions split into different groups and tabs depending on the Review status (Accept/Reject/Review). This sprint, we introduce the “Related” column to help users view, in one place, the full set of allocations that occurred for an interaction.
The “Related” column is available in the Review and Summary data grids and shows the number of allocations that share the following details: Interaction Title, Interaction Type, Sell-side Provider, and Grouping Date Range. By clicking into the number, a user can view all of the allocations nested under their respective tabs.
Improved comment workflow
We streamlined the comment workflow to save time for our users when commenting on interactions. Previously, both the Internal and External comment box had their own set of “Save” and “Cancel” buttons. In this sprint, we combined the “Save” and “Cancel” buttons for both comment dialogue boxes into one set. Additionally, the dialogue box will auto-close when a user clicks on “Save” or “Cancel.”
We also added the Internal and External comments as columns in both the Data Grid and Excel exports.
We expanded the directory with additional fields to classify firm employees. The new information includes asset classes, asset types, contact preferences, and much more.
