The Budgeting application allows you to allocate your budget for your research providers across your firm’s teams and users. Firm administrators can allocate budget for all teams and users, and team administrators can allocate and view budget only for their respective teams.
Log in to your account at https://oneaccess.io. If you have forgotten your password or require a password reset, follow the steps below to gain access to your account.
- Navigate to https://oneaccess.io.
- Click on Forgot Password.
- Enter your corporate email address and create a new password. A verification email will be sent to you.
- Click on the link in your verification email. This will redirect you into the ONEaccess platform.
Budget Set Up
Navigate to Access & Admin > Resource Tracking > Budget Setup.
Select a Budget Period to begin or click + Budget Period to create a new period.
Once you have selected a period, input the budget details on the right-hand side of the screen.
The budget entered under Overall will initially be fully allocated to Variable. If there is a fixed budget, you can add this under Fixed. Adding any amount under Fixed will detract that amount from the Variable budget.
Team and User Allocation
After creating the budget, you can allocate your budget to teams and users.
A firm administrator can allocate team budgets and individual user budgets. Alternatively, a firm administrator can allocate only team budgets and allow each of their team administrators to allocate budgets to the users for their respective teams.
To begin allocation, click on Allocate to Teams/Users. Within the next page, you can select the teams to which you’d like to allocate this budget. Click Done once you’ve selected all teams.
Within the budget, you can now choose to allocate certain dollar amounts or percentages to each team. Further, you can click the black arrow next to each team name to drill down and assign budgets to each particular user.
User View - Allocating Budget To Research Providers
Any user can view their budget by going to Access & Admin > Budget. Click into any budget period in the left-hand column to view budget details. The + Broker button allows you to begin adding research providers to allocate budget. You can allocate by period or month.
Select your brokers within the next modal and click Done. You will then be able to allocate budget to all brokers you have selected.
