To market future events in ONEaccess, Visible Alpha offers three submission methods for Forward Calendar:

Visible Alpha recommends that Research Providers use the same submission method to add and update all events.
In order to create the best user experience for both Research Providers and their buy side clients, Visible Alpha requests the following information for each event.
For all events:
- Event Title
- Location (City, Country)
- Sector
- Type of Event
For certain event types:
- Analyst Marketing
- Sell-side Analyst’s Name, Event, Title
- Non Deal Roadshow (NDR)
- Company Name and Ticker
- Deal Roadshow
- Company Name and Ticker
- Field Trips
- List of Companies Visited Specific to Each Date / Location
- Conference
- List of Companies Attending (Company Name and Ticker)
- Industry Experts
- Expert Attendee (Name: Company Affiliation)
The Event Management tab can be found on the left side of the platform under the Dashboard and Interactions Tabs.
Under the Event Management tab, Research Providers can monitor the processing and uploading of events, event requests and event allocations. Here, Research Providers have the ability to create new events and add missing information to already submitted events.
To directly upload events to the platform, log in at https://admin.oneaccess.io and use the "Create New Event" button on the right hand side of the Pending Events page or Events Page in Event Management.

In the "Create New Event" page, a Research Provider must enter all required information (see list above). Once each event is saved, it will be available to entitled buy-side clients.

Pending events are events submitted or uploaded without the minimum data requirements. Pending events will not be available to the buy side. To remove the pending status, add the missing information to the event or change the event status without addressing the errors.
- To manually add information to the event, click the pending event and add all information flagged as a critical error.
- To change the event status without addressing the critical errors, click the pending event, uncheck pending, and check active.
Clients' access to a research provider's events ONEaccess is based on entitlements set up during the onboarding process, and a point of contact to approve and reject all requests from the buy side.
Research providers have the option to limit access based on Event Type, Location (City, Country, Region and Global Region), Industry, Company and Sector. Once the group is created, research providers can approve clients based on entitlement group.
Once entitlements are set up, the research provider’s firm will be turned on in the Broker Access page for buy-side clients to request access.
